Gone But Not Forgotten

Here is where we remember friends who have passed over the bridge, not just spinone but our other pets.

2011 is turning out to be a bit of a Annus horribilis. Beginning of the year saw us lose our last remaining lovebird, in May our old goat Eva died in her sleep. She was about 14 years old and so we feel it was a nice way to end her time. On June 16th sadly Whisper was taken from us. This is a double blow for us as she was our last link to our good friends Margaret and Ron. July 7th and we found Crystal in the field with a broken leg, we know it had only just happened and at about 25years old the vet thought that her bones had become brittle. There was no option but to have her put to sleep. I miss you all guys and hope that you have all met up at Rainbow Bridge.

Today 1st December 2008 we lost Bright Gem know to us as Buffee. She was 13years 4months and up to four days before her passing was still putting pheasants up in the field.

Buffee came to us in February 2007 when her owners Margaret and Ron Warne were taken ill. Sadly both passed away within three months of each other and Buffee was to stay with us forever.

Beehive was bought as a birthday present for my son Andrew on his 7th birthday. She was a sweet little cat until tablet time when she became a tiger. We got her from Cats Protection when she was about 9 months old. Sadly she got a tumour and we lost her in 2007 aged 8½years old.
